Shipping Methods

Shipping is Free.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by GLS courier and are free. CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Parcels destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items.

Delivery Time

CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale ships all over the world through the GLS and MBE couriers

Available Items:

Items already available in stock are shipped in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments can take longer.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-Order items are shipped as soon as they are available in stock. Payment is made at the time of order, although the goods are sent later in the season.

We would like to remind new customers that CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank.This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

Tracking of the Orders

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the corrier.

Delivery of the Order

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment. The CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale packs they are carefully packed in a sturdy American box and the contents are protected by a transparent plastic casing.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale to

If inside the package is missing part of the goods, the packaging must be stored for further investigation.

Any dispute regarding damages, deficiencies, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale within a maximum of 10 days from thedelivery date on the courier’s website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, always absent recipient, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the customer refuses delivery of the package even if this is intact , shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

Shipping Insurance

Shipments CANCELLI INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Unipersonale are insured for free against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destiny the insurance becomes invalid.
